The Road Vehicles (Brake Linings Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Consumer Protection Act 19871, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation in accordance with section 11(5) of that Act with such organisations as appear to him to be representative of interests substantially affected by the following Regulations, the Health and Safety Commission in relation to the application of the following Regulations to Great Britain and such other persons as he considers appropriate, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
