The following provisions of Part 3 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 shall come into force on 27th February 2004 in England only—
a
section 19 (parenting contracts in cases of exclusion from school or truancy);
b
section 20 (parenting orders in cases of exclusion from school);
c
section 21 (parenting orders: supplemental);
d
section 22 (parenting orders: appeals); and
e
section 24 (interpretation).
