The Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (England) (Amendment) Order 2003

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 1, 7, 8 and 83 of the Animal Health Act 19811 makes the following Order:

Title, extent and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (England) (Amendment) Order 2003; it extends to England only and comes into force on 31st January 2003.

Amendment to the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (England) Order 20022.

Article 1(2) of the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (England) Order 20022 shall be amended by substituting “1st April 2003” for “1st February 2003”.

This Order amends the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (England) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/202 as amended) so that that Order continues in effect until 1st April 2003.
