At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 13th day of November 2003

Present,

The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(1) of the Consular Fees Act 19801, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1

This Order may be cited as the Consular Fees (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 14th November 2003.

2

The Consular Fees (No.2) Order 19992 shall be amended at Fee 13(b)(ii), set out in Part II of the table of consular fees in the Schedule annexed to that Order, by replacing the words “fast-track service” with the words “fast-track collect service”.

A K GallowayClerk of the Privy Council

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order corrects an error, introduced by the Consular Fees Order 2003, in order to clarify that the fast-track collect service may be used when issuing a 48 page passport.
