Amendment of Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Interim Measures) England (No. 2) Order 2002 2 In the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Interim Measures) England (No. 2) Order 2002, in article 1(2), for “1st February 2003” there shall be substituted “1st November 2003”. This Order, which applies to England only, amends the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Interim Measures) (England) (No. 2) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/2154), (“the principal Order”).

The only change made to the principal Order by this Order is to amend the date that the principal Order ceases to have effect (from 1st February 2003 to 1st November 2003) (article 2).

A regulatory impact assessment has not been prepared for this Order.
