2.  In Part 2 of Schedule 1 (offices which may be qualifying judicial offices) to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993—

(a) in the entry relating to a member of a panel constituted under section 6(1) of the Social Security Act 1998, omit the words after “Social Security Act 1998”; and

(b) in the entry relating to a member of a panel constituted under Article 7(1) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998(1), omit the words after “Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998”.
