The Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2003

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 20(1) of the Social Security Fraud Act 20011 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation1
This Order may be cited as the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2003.
Appointed day2
The day appointed for the coming into force of section 5 of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (exchange of information with overseas authorities) is 14th February 2003.
