Citation and extent1.

This Order may be cited as the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2003.

In this Order—
“the Act” means the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000; and
“the 1980 Act” means the Highways Act 19802.
