The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003 No. 2710 (c. 105)

2.  The following provisions of the 2001 Act shall come into force on 1st November 2003:

(a) section 7 (licensing criteria);

(b) section 8(4)(a) (licences to engage in licensable conduct), for the purposes of making regulations;

(c) section 20 (guidance as to exercise of power of entry).
