Education (Revocation of Spent Provisions) (England) Regulations 2003

Coming into force

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by sections 29(5) and 408 of the Education Act 19961, section 144 of the School Standards and Framework Act 19982 and section 214 of the Education Act 20023, the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Revocation of Spent Provisions) (England) Regulations 2003.

These Regulations come into force on 30th November 2003.
