The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12(2) of the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 20031, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003.

Section 1 of the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003 shall come into force on 13th October 2003.
