Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Rules)
These Rules amend the Police Appeals Tribunals Rules 1999 in consequence of the National Crime Squad being able to directly recruit officers following the bringing into force, to the extent they were not already in force, of sections 87 and 91 of the Police Reform Act 2002 (c. 32).
