The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 10) (Scotland) Order 2003

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(3) of the Disability Discrimination Act 19951 hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and application1.

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 10) (Scotland) Order 2003.

(2)

This Order applies in relation to Scotland.

Commencement2.

Section 39 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (requirements as to disabled passengers in Scotland) shall come into force on 5th February 2003.
