Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

5.  In rule 30.1—

(a) at the beginning, insert “(1)”; and

(b) after paragraph (1), but before the cross-reference, insert—

“(2) The practice direction may make provision about the transfer of proceedings between the court and a tribunal.”.
