Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Rules may be cited as the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2003 and shall come into force—

(a)

for the purposes of rules 6 to 9, on 1st January 2004;

(b)

for the purposes of rules 3 and 4, on 1st April 2004; and

(c)

for all other purposes, on 6th October 2003.
