COMMONHOLD AND LEASEHOLD REFORM ACT 2002

38.  The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002(1) shall be amended as follows.

39.  In section 87(4)(a) (deemed withdrawal)—

(a) omit “or an administration order”, and

(b) at the end add “or the RTM company enters administration,”.

40.  In section 105(3)(a) (cessation of management)—

(a) omit “or an administration order”, and

(b) at the end add “or the RTM company enters administration,”.
