This Order removes the exception and brings into force subsection (10). 2003 No. 1985 (C. 81) TRANSPORT The Transport Act 1968 (Commencement <Abbreviation Expansion="Number">No.</Abbreviation> 11) Order 2003 Made 28th July 2003 The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 166 of the Transport Act 1968 and now vested in him, hereby makes the following Order: 1 This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 1968 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2003. 2 Section 99 of the Transport Act 1968, in so far as it is not already in force, shall come into force on 1st September 2003. S.I. 1976/1775, 1979/571, 1981/238, 1997/2971, 2001/2568 and 2002/2626. Section 99(1)-(9) was brought into force by S.I. 1970/259, subject to exceptions.
