The Enterprise Act 2002 (Anticipated Mergers) Order 2003 No. 1595

2.  In this Order—

“the Act” means the Enterprise Act 2002;

“reference” means a reference under Part 3 of the Act which relates to arrangements which are in progress or in contemplation; and

“notice” means a notice under section 42(2) [F1 or 59(2) ] of the Act which relates to such arrangements.
