National Health Service Act 1977
3. In section 41 of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) (arrangements for pharmaceutical services), in subsection (3), for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)persons who are registered in the register maintained under article 5 of the Health Professions Order 2001;”.
