Amendment
3. The Iraq (United Nations Sanctions) Order 2000(1) continues in effect and is amended as set out in Schedule 1 with effect from the date on which the committee referred to in paragraph 19 of resolution 1483 adopted by the Security Council of the United Nations on 22nd May 2003 identifies any person as an individual or entity falling within paragraph 23 of that resolution, which date shall be notified by the Treasury in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.
