Application for entry of a notice under paragraph 5(2) or, in certain cases, paragraph 7(2)(a) of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Act90
An application to meet the registration requirements under—
a
paragraph 5(2) of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Act, or
b
paragraph 7(2)(a) of that Part, where the interest is created for the benefit of an unregistered estate,
must be made in Form AP1 F1or Form AN1.
