The Telecommunications (Licence Modification) (Standard Schedules) Regulations 199939 are amended as follows.

In Part 2 of Schedule 1 (general conditions), in paragraph 31.2(d) after the words “the Fair Trading Act 1973” are inserted the words “or the Enterprise Act 2002”.
