The South Western Staffordshire Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2002
Citation, commencement and interpretation1.
(1)
This Order may be cited as the South Western Staffordshire Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—
“operational date” is to be construed in accordance with paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 5A to the Act;
“the trust” means the South Western Staffordshire Primary Care Trust established by article 2 of this Order.
Establishment, operational date and name of the Primary Care Trust2.
(1)
There is hereby established with effect from 1st April 2002 a Primary Care Trust to be called the South Western Staffordshire Primary Care Trust.
(2)
The operational date of the trust shall be 1st April 2002.
Area of the trust3.
The trust shall be established for the area specified in the Schedule to this Order.

the electoral wards of Barlaston, Baswich, Beaconside, Castle, Chartley, Church Eaton, Common, Coton, Eccleshall, Fulford, Forebridge, Gnosall, Haywood, Highfields, Holmcroft, Littleworth, Manor, Milford, Milwich, Oulton, Penkside, Rowley, Seighford, St Michael's, Stonefield and Christchurch, Swynnerton, Tillington, Walton, Weeping Cross, Woodseaves.
In the district of South Staffordshire—
the electoral wards of Acton Trussell, Bilbrook, Bishopswood and Lapley, Brewood and Coven, Codsall North, Codsall South, Featherstone, Kinver, Lower Penn, Pattingham and Patshull, Penkridge North East, Penkridge South East, Penkridge West, Perton Central, Perton Dippons, Swindon, Trysull and Seisdon, Wombourne North,Wombourne South East, Wombourne South West.
This Order establishes the South Western Staffordshire Primary Care Trust (“the trust”), as provided for under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977. It specifies the trust’s establishment and operational dates (article 2) and the area for which it is established (article 3 and the Schedule).
