The Limited Liability Partnerships (No. 2) Regulations 2002

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 15 to 17 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 20001 and all other powers enabling her in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations, of which a draft has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 17 of that Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament:
