Amendment to Section 22 of the 1998 Act3
In section 22(5)(a) of the 1998 Act for “expenses that by virtue of paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 are payable” there shall be substituted “expenditure that by virtue of paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 is to be met”.
