10. In Schedule 1 to the Food Safety (Sampling and Qualifications) Regulations 1990 M1 so far as they extend to England (provisions to which those Regulations do not apply) for each entry relating to the Contaminants in Food Regulations 1997 there shall be substituted the following entry—
