This Order amends the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2002 (“the earlier Order”) so as to revoke the day appointed for the coming into force of paragraphs 67 to 72 of Schedule 12 and section 84(1) so far as relating to those paragraphs. This Order appoints 26th March 2002 as the day for the coming into force of those provisions for the purposes of making regulations and 6th April 2002 as the day for the coming into force of those provisions for all other purposes. This Order is made to correct a defect in the earlier Order.
