Appointed days3.

The day appointed for the coming into force of—

(a)

section 84(1) (consequential amendments etc.), so far as relating to paragraphs 67 to 72 of Schedule 12;

(b)

paragraphs 67 to 72 of Schedule 12 (consequential amendments to the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 19853 and the Insolvency Act 19864),

is 26th March 2002 for the purposes of making regulations and 6th April 2002 for all other purposes.
