The definition of “the Ministers” in section 3(1) of the Scotch Whisky Act 198830 shall, so far as it applies in relation to England and Wales, have effect as if for the reference to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State acting jointly there were substituted a reference to the Secretary of State.
