SCHEDULE 1 U.K. CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Agriculture Act 1986 (c. 49) U.K.

28.  In section 17(2) of the Agriculture Act 1986, in the definition of “the Minister”, for the words “Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food” there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”. U.K.

29.  In section 18(11) of that Act, in the definition of “the Minister”, for the words “Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food” there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”. U.K.

30.  In paragraph 18(1) of Schedule 1 to that Act, in the definition of “the Minister”, for the words “Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food” there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”. U.K.
