<Text>The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/> and now vested in him<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/>, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:</Text>

<Text>This Order may be cited as the A21 Trunk Road (A2100 Junction Improvement John’s Cross) (Detrunking) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 17th April 2002.</Text>

<Pnumber>2</Pnumber>

<Text>The lengths of trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road as from the date on which this Order comes into force.</Text>
