The Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors (Professional Conduct) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2002 Approval Order 2002

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 19(5) of the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 19971, and as respects proceedings in England and Wales only, hereby approves the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors (Professional Conduct) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2002 made by the United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting and set out in the Schedule to this Order.
