Forms 723SR and 723(change), which are set out in the Schedule attached to these Regulations, are with such variations as circumstances require, prescribed for the purposes of the notification to the registrar of a usual residential address and of a change in a usual residential address respectively as required by section 288A of the Companies Act 1985 in respect of a member of a limited liability partnership who is a beneficiary of a confidentiality order made under section 723B of the Companies Act 1985.
3.
Form LLP 363, with such variations as circumstances require, is the form prescribed for the purpose of the annual return of a limited liability partnership required by section 363 of the Companies Act 1985.
4.
SCHEDULE
With effect from 2nd April 2002, these Regulations prescribe new forms 723SR and 723(change), for the purposes of section 288A of the Companies Act 1985 for use in respect of a member of a limited liability partnership who is a beneficiary of a confidentiality order made under section 723B of the Companies Act 1985.
The forms will allow a member of a limited liability partnership who has obtained a confidentiality order under those regulations to notify to Companies House particulars of his usual residential address and particulars of a change in that address. This information will then be held in a secure register to be maintained under the Limited Liability Partnerships (Particulars of Usual Residential Address) (Confidentiality Orders) Regulations 2002.
These Regulations also prescribe an additional Form LLP 363, which is the annual return for a limited liability partnership, together with continuation sheets. This form must be used so that the particulars of a service address will be given rather than of a usual residential address in the case where a member has obtained a confidentiality order under section 723 of the Companies Act 1985.
