The Travel Concessions (Eligibility) Act 2002 (Commencement) (England) Order 2002

The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2(1)1 of the Travel Concessions (Eligibility) Act 20022, hereby makes the following Order:—

Citation and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Travel Concessions (Eligibility) Act 2002 (Commencement) (England) Order 2002.

Provisions coming into force in England2.

Section 1 of the Travel Concessions (Eligibility) Act 2002 shall come into force on 1st April 2003 as respects England.
