Increases in fees 2 In regulation 3 of the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) Regulations 1986 for “£251” there shall be substituted “£259” and for “£102” there shall be substituted “£105”. These Regulations amend the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops)(Fees) Regulations 1986 so as to increase the fees for the approval of fitters or workshops for the installation or repair of recording equipment (tachographs).

The fee for the issue of an approval is increased by 3.2% from £251 to £259 and for the renewal of an approval by 2.9% from £102 to £105.
