Present,

The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 4(1)(a) and 4(3) of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 19711 and sections 128(1), 141(1), 147(3) and 315(2) of the Merchant Shipping Act 19952 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Revocation) (Bermuda) Order 2002 and shall come into force on such date as the Governor of Bermuda may appoint by proclamation published in the Gazette of Bermuda.
