Northern Ireland Office

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order prescribes accounts, reports and other documents for the purpose of paragraph 12(4) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c. 1). The documents concerned are documents which would be laid, presented or made to the Northern Ireland Assembly, were it not currently suspended under section 1 of the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (brought into force on 15th October 2002 by S.I. 2002/2574). The effect of prescribing the documents in this Order is that, while the Assembly is suspended, the documents must instead be laid before each House of Parliament.
