This Order provides for the coming into force on 14th January 2003 of the following provisions of the Animal Health Act 2002 (c. 42)—

In addition section 16 of the Animal Health Act 2002 (which relates to bio security guidance) is brought into force on 1st July 2003 and section 18 of that Act (which relates to the National contingency plan) is brought into force on 24th March 2003.
