<Title>Recovery of charging scheme penalty charges payable under a road user charging scheme</Title>

<Text>In respect of a charging scheme specified in the Schedule to these Regulations, any charging scheme penalty charges which are payable to a charging authority shall, if a county court so orders, be recoverable by that authority, as if they were payable under a county court order.</Text>
