The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred on her by section 1(7) of the Office of Communications Act 2002(1), hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Office of Communications (Membership) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 24th December 2002.
2. The number specified in section 1(2) of the Office of Communications Act 2002 as the maximum membership for the Office of Communications shall be nine.
