Amendment of the National Health Service Act 1977 and National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (Amendment) Regulations 2002 2 In regulation 2 of the National Health Service Act 1977 and National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (Amendment) Regulations 2002 for “1997” there is substituted “1977”.
