Modifications of the Scottish Parliamentary Election Rules: general provision

4.  Where the poll at a Scottish parliamentary election is taken with the poll at a local government election under article 14(1) or (2), the Scottish Parliamentary Election Rules in Schedule 2 to this Order shall have effect subject to the modifications set out in the remaining paragraphs of this Part.
