Coming into force
The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 13 of the Customs and Excise Duties (General Reliefs) Act 19791 hereby make the following Order:

1.

This Order may be cited as the Excise Duties (Personal Reliefs) (Revocation) Order 2002 and comes into force on 1 December 2002.

2.

The Excise Duties (Personal Reliefs) Order 19922 and the Excise Duties (Personal Reliefs) (Amendment) Order 19993 are revoked.

This Order, which comes into force on 1 December 2002, revokes the Excise Duties (Personal Reliefs) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/3155) and the Excise Duties (Personal Reliefs) (Amendment) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/1617).
