The Order also decreases certain other passport fees: Fee 13(a) from £40 to £39; Fee 13(b)(i) from £70 to £69; Fee 13(b)(ii) from £85 to £84; Fee 14(a) from £42 to £39; and Fee 14(b) from £57 to £54. The Order clarifies that, with the exception of applications for a collective passport under Fee 14, passport applications made in person in the UK (under subparagraph (b) of each Fee) may only be made using the fast-track or premium services. Fee 16A is deleted in consequence. Finally, the definition of “replacement passport” in the Consular Fees (No. 2) Order 1999 has been deleted as redundant.
