<Title>Civil Defence Act 1948</Title>

<Text>A function of the Secretary of State which arises by virtue of the proviso to section 9(2) of the Civil Defence Act 1948<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/> (ministerial responsibility) shall be exercisable concurrently with the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster.</Text>
