The Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2002

The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred by section 127(1) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 20011 hereby makes the following Order:

1.

This Order may be cited as the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2002.

2.

Part 12 (sections 108 to 110) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 shall come into force on 14th February 2002.
