This Order applies to the whole of the District of Epping Forest with the exception of the following roads:
(a)
the M11 motorway for the whole of its length within the District of Epping Forest; and
(b)
the M25 motorway for the whole of its length within the District of Epping Forest.
The Order designates the District of Epping Forest as both a permitted parking area and a special parking area in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991. It also applies with modifications various provisions of Part II of that Act to the designated area and modifies the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 in relation to the designated area.
