2.—(1) Regulation 1(1) (citation, commencement and interpretation) shall be amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In paragraph (5) for “regulations 4(3) and 11(4)” there shall be substituted “regulation 4(3)”.
Regulation 1 was amended by S.I. 2001/934 and 3649 and is amended by S.I. 2002/1383 from 6th April 2003.
