The National Health Service (Local Pharmaceutical Services and Pharmaceutical Services) (No. 2) Regulations 2002

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 41, 42, 43 and 126(4) of the National Health Service Act 19771, and sections 33(3)(a), (7) and (9), 37(b), 41 and 65(1) of the Health and Social Care Act 20012, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
