Amendment of the membership of the joint board prescribed in article 3 of the Order3.

For paragraph (4) of article 3 of the Order, there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—

“(4)
The joint board shall consist of 12 members of whom 8 shall be appointed by the members of the council of Carrick District Council and 4 shall be appointed by the members of the council of Kerrier District Council”.
