This Order applies to the borough of Harrogate with the exception of the following roads:
(a)
the A1(M) motorway for the whole of its length in the borough including all its on and off slip roads;
(b)
the A1 trunk road for the whole of its length in the borough including all its on and off slip roads and the high load diversion to the south of the junction of the trunk road with Mark Lane, Kirk Deighton;
(c)
the section of the A168 road from its junction with the northbound slip road onto the A1 trunk road at the Dishforth Interchange to its junction with the unnamed road leading to Dishforth Village at the roundabout lying to the south south east of the A168 trunk road at the Dishforth Interchange and including that roundabout;
(d)
the A 168 trunk road for the whole of its length in the borough including all its on and off slip roads.
